How we work
Submitting your case
for review
We review your case free of charge to assess whether there are grounds for a claim for compensation and damages for harm suffered.
Signing the agreement
We set out the terms of cooperation and the firm’s fee in a clear and transparent way
Handling your case
We represent our clients at every stage of the case – both before and during court proceedings
Payment of compensation
Once the party responsible for the damage or the insurer accepts the claim, or the court issues a ruling, the compensation or damages for harm suffered are paid out
WHY CHOOSE US?
First and foremost, unlike claims management companies, we are a law firm, so compensation cases entrusted to us are handled by qualified lawyers – including legal advisers and advocates. As a result, the cases entrusted to us are handled with the utmost care and in line with the codes of ethics of legal advisers and advocates.
Legal advisers and advocates are professions of public trust, so when you entrust your case to us, you can be sure it is in good hands. What is more, each of our legal advisers and advocates holds mandatory insurance against professional civil liability. Thanks to this, clients’ cases are always safe with our firm, unlike with claims management companies, which do not always have such insurance.
Remember, before you decide to entrust your case to an entity other than a law firm, consider whether this will really be a good solution. Claims management companies are usually focused only on quick profit and often seek to reach a settlement as quickly as possible, sometimes even one that is unfavourable for their client. This is because, in most cases, these companies cannot represent their clients before the common courts, unlike professional attorneys – legal advisers and advocates.
